Tiffany Hazelwood

Tiffany Hazelwood is a lifelong resident of Virginia. She grew up in Richmond, Virginia, which is about an hour southeast of Lake Anna. As a child, her family would spend their summers at one of the nearby lakes, which helped cultivate her love for lake life. She has many fond memories of spending time with her friends and family on the lake.

Tiffany has always been around the real estate business; her father was a broker, and he helped show her how to work hard for herself and her clients. She is very close with her parents and the proud dog mom to a Jack Russell Terrier and a Beagle-Corgi mix.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Tiffany worked as a mobile notary, serving clients for mortgage refinance transactions. Then she worked as an officer with Bank of America in Small Business Merchant Services. She returned to being self-employed and opened her own title company. From there, it just made sense for her to transition into full-time real estate.

Tiffany enjoys delivering her clients their dream home. Whether her client's dream is an investment, a haven for them and their family to make memories, or as a retirement home to enjoy the second act of their life, she wants to make sure she gives them everything they want and more. Tiffany has been awarded the RE/MAX Executive Club award, which recognizes outstanding sales volume, and the Distinguished Achiever Gold Award from the Richmond Association of Realtors for exceptional production by volume and units sold. In 2020 alone, she had a record sales volume of over $11 Million!

When Tiffany is not working hard for her clients, she spends as much time as she can on the lake! She is the proud owner of a 20' Cobalt ski boat that she keeps at Tim's, one of the most popular waterfront restaurants on Lake Anna. Tiffany enjoys taking her clients out by boat to truly experience and learn about the lake.

She considers the lake her office, playground, and happy place. She also enjoys spending time around town at the local restaurants, tap houses, wineries, and breweries, so not only is she the person to help her clients find their lake home, but she is also the best to help them acclimate to their new town!
