Pearl Lake is 245 miles north of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and around 46 miles northwest of Lake Superior’s shoreline. Pearl Lake is within the boundaries of the Superior National Forest, a three million acre forest established in 1909 by President Teddy Roosevelt. The Duluth International Airport is located 100 miles south in Duluth, Minnesota. The closest location for urgent care is the Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital, 12 miles north in Ely, Minnesota.

This over 7,000-acre lake is the perfect all-sports arena for visitors. There is no horsepower limit here, so jet ski, water ski, wakeboard, tube, and boat as fast as you’d like! Angling is another popular pastime here, with 19 species of fish reported to live here. The most populous are northern pike, walleye, black crappie, and bluegill.
