Old Orchard Beach, located on the north edge of Saco, is consistently voted the state's number 1 beach. Home to the Palace Playland Amusement Park, restaurants, a large pier, and 7 miles of sandy shores, the beach has plenty of fun opportunities.

Ogunquit Beach is more suited for a relaxing day out. Its clean sands, calm waves, and sea breeze are the perfect combination. Sightseers will have a great time looking for Maine's lighthouses, including Boon Island Lighthouse, Whaleback Lighthouse, Nubble Light, and Wood Island Lighthouse.
