Wiser Lake is a 120-acre body of water just 10 miles north of Bellingham, Washington. Its schools, restaurants, parks, and attractions make it a great place for families or travelers. The Bellingham International Airport and St. Joseph Medical Center are located there as well.

Wiser Lake appeals to fishermen with its largemouth bass, rainbow trout, brown bullhead, and sunfish. There is a public boat launch on Guide Meridian Road. Other visitors enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and nature watching.
