Whiteman Cove is a saltwater lake in the southern region of Puget Sound. Located 30 miles from Tacoma and 60 miles from Seattle, it is a prime location for a weekend escape.

Joemma Beach State Park

Joemma Beach State Park is located adjacent to the lake. The park is popular for its 3,000-foot beachfront along with its boat launch, dock, and pier. Park-goers enjoy swimming, crabbing, and boating.
