Quiet but Close to the Action

Picnic Point Lake is located on the shores of Puget Sound in Washington. The lake is 37 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and seven miles from Virginia Mason Lynnwood Medical Center. The area features full K-12 education options, both public and private.

Fishing and Outdoors

At low tide, it’s possible to hike 1.5 miles to Meadowdale Beach, or five miles north to Point Elliot at Mukilteo. The locations offer sublime scenery for photos and picnics.

The central Puget Sound is the most populated in the stretch. Anglers can land chinook, coho, pink, chum, and sockeye salmon, as well as sea-run cutthroat trout, steelhead, green sturgeon, Pacific halibut, cabezon, and lingcod.

The front nine was designed by acclaimed Arthur Hill’s, featuring water in play and little elevation change on every hole that will challenge golfers to use every club in their bag. The back nine is set among rolling hills and evergreens. Its signature par-4 11th hole presents magnificent views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.

The Harbor Pointe Golf Club also features practice facilities including a driving range, chipping green, and two large practice putting greens.

Picnic Point Lake Lake is less than a half-hour from Seattle. The city is stocked with plenty of attractions and amenities for the residents of Martha Lake.
