Long Lake is located in Lacey, Washington, where there are shops, restaurants, a great selection of schools, and Providence St. Peter Hospital.

It is a 40-minute drive from Tacoma and a little over an hour's drive from Seattle. Seattle houses the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, King County International Airport, and many major medical facilities.

A Beautiful Expanse

Long Lake is a spacious expanse, stretching two miles long with 300 acres of surface area. It features two islands, one of which is lined with homes.

There are many other residences around the lakeshore along with Long Lake Park, one of the area’s most popular swimming locations. The lake’s pristine waters make a great place to cool off.

The residents’ favorite water activities include boating, fishing, water skiing, kayaking, and canoeing.

Spending Time Outdoors

Priest Point Park and Tolmie State Park are nearby, each featuring a large swimming beach and several nature trails.

Mt. Rainier National Park is just an hour and a half away if you wish to go on a bigger adventure. It features flowered meadows, old-growth forests, and the nation’s largest glaciated peak.

Seattle is home to famous attractions like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, Seattle Aquarium, and the Big Seattle Wheel.

Tacoma boasts the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, Wild Waves Theme and Waterpark, Museum of Glass, The Children’s Museum of Tacoma, and the Tacoma Art Museum.
