Little Timber Lake

Convenient to Shelton, Olympia, and Seattle

Little Twin Lake, better known as Little Timberlake, is part of the private Timberlakes Community. Located 10 miles east of Shelton and 30 miles north of Olympia, the lake is a short drive from shops, restaurants, schools, and other conveniences.

Seattle boasts a wide variety of attractions, museums, and entertainment along with the King County International Airport and UW Medical Center. The city is just an 80-mile drive from Timberlakes.

Private Living on the Water

The Timberlakes private lake community is a recreational escape in the rustic wilderness of western Washington state.

Big Timber Lake is its largest and most popular body of water. Residents enjoy boating, water skiing, tubing, kayaking, and fishing on the lake.

Little Timberlake is a smaller body of water reserved for non-motorized boating. Each lake is annually stocked with perch, bream, bluegill, and rainbow trout.

The community also features a private access point on Pickering Passage for those who wish to boat the bay or try saltwater crabbing.

With swimming beaches, playgrounds, a basketball court, tennis court, baseball field, and picnic areas, the community has something for the whole family.

Olympia features several waterside seafood houses along with Marathon Park, Hands-On Children’s Museum, and Capitol Mall.

Seattle is home to famous attractions like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, Seattle Aquarium, and the Big Seattle Wheel but you will find that there is something to do around every corner of the city.
