Mayfield Lake is cradled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range in Lewis County, Washington State. The 2,200-acre reservoir is located 60 miles from the state capital of Olympia, 94 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and less than 14 miles from Arbor Health Morton Hospital.

Fun on the Water

Mayfield Lake features over 33.5 miles of shoreline, bordered by the Ike Kinswa State Park and the Mayfield Lake Park. Both parks offer swimming areas, boat launches, picnic areas, and camping.

Anglers can expect to find popular sport fish here including tiger musky, rainbow trout, small and largemouth bass, and yellow perch. The lake is also stocked with surplus hatchery Coho and Chinook salmon. The lake hosts the annual Musky Tournament for visitors and residents to engage in a friendly fishing competition.

Gifford Pinchot National Forest is located 63 miles east of Mayfield Lake. The 1,312,000 acre forest is home to the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument, as well as the snow-capped Mount Rainier.
