The Lake Washington Ship Canal is a beautiful and historical place to live located in Salmon Bay, Seattle, Washington. The construction of the ship canal started in 1911 but wasn’t finished until 1934. This canal connects the freshwater of Lake Washington with the saltwater of the inland sea Puget Sound.

Fun in Seattle, Washington

Because Seattle is such a large city, there is so much to see, learn and experience! The Chihuly Garden and Glass art gallery museum is a dream. It has amazing sculptures of various sizes and is a community favorite.
