Local Necessities

Because of its prime location, Lake Sturtevant is near all of the necessities like medical care, grocery stores, and airports. Overlake Medical Center is just half a mile from the lake!

Outdoor Recreation

There are several opportunities for outdoor recreation surrounding Lake Sturtevant.

The Glendale Country Club is a highly-rated golf course just 2.4 miles from the lake. It is an 18-hole championship layout course with a pro shop, locker room, Club Car golf carts, and forty complimentary speed carts. The course also has practice greens, a driving range, and more.

Weowna Park Trails is five miles from Lake Sturtevant. It is an old-growth forest area with lake views and a 2.5 miles trail along a creek with waterfalls and pools.

The Bellevue Botanical Garden is 1.1 miles from the lake. It is a beautiful area with gardens, woodlands, and wetlands and offers holiday light festivities, art exhibits, and concerts.

Lastly, the Bridle Trails State Park is a beautiful place to go! It is 2.9 miles from the lake and consists of 482 acres with walking and equestrian trails.
