Lake Ballinger is a 100-acre lake located within the cities of Mountlake Terrace and Edmonds in Washington. The lake has a maximum depth of 35 feet and an average depth of 15 feet. It rests a few miles from the coast of Washington, and residents can easily catch a glimpse of the Puget Sound Inlet's salty waters.

What makes Lake Ballinger even better is its proximity to Seattle. The lake is approximately 25 minutes from the busy city and is perfect for anyone looking for easy access to the town while still living in peace on the lake.

Recreational Opportunities

A boat launch, boating (no gasoline-powered motors), fishing, parking, a public park, and restrooms are all available to make your time on the lake even more enjoyable. On the north side of the lake is Ballinger Park, which covers 55 acres with a sports complex, the Mickey Morso Community Clubhouse, and a boat launch. The sports complex consists of a full-length multipurpose sports field used for baseball, softball, and soccer. The playground amenities include two play structures and picnic tables.

Golf

Along the easter shore of Lake Ballinger is the Nile Shrine Golf Course. This golf course has nine and 18-hole green fees, golf carts, tournaments, picnics, and more. Players can enjoy a fun, competitive game of golf while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake.
