Washington
Lake Anderson real estate is a beautiful, but less active, market for lake homes and land in Washington.
There are typically very few lake homes for sale on Lake Anderson, and very few lots and land listings available.
This lake is a mid-sized Washington lake.
Anderson Lake is a 50-acre, private lake located in the lovely LakeLand Village Community. Located on Puget Sound’s Case Inlet, this freshwater, spring-fed lake is 1/4th of a mile from the town of Allyn, Washington; if you look to the south, you can catch a glimpse of Mt. Rainier.
If you want to travel outside of the community, you can drive to Olympia in approximately 50 minutes. Seattle is only a bit further, with the drive taking around 90 minutes.
Lake Anderson is inside of LakeLand Village, which means that it has luxury amenities that can only be enjoyed by residents and property owners.
Inside the community is a 27-hole PGA level golf course with over 9,000 yards for you to play. The golf course has numerous ponds, gaping bunkers, and hypnotic views of the Olympics. You can also practice on the putting greens and driving ranges.
There are three community beaches with swimming areas, outdoor kitchens, and a children’s playground in addition to golfing. The LakeLand Community Center also contains a bistro, the perfect place to grab dinner, and socialize with friends.
Anglers will be happy to know that the lake is stocked with trout each year! There won’t be too much competition on the lake either since only residents can fish Lake Anderson.
Whether you are looking to buy a family home, a full-time retirement residence, or find a vacation rental, Lake Anderson is an excellent choice.
