The East Texas Regional Airport is 18.1 miles away and UT Health Henderson is under two miles away for easy travel and close medical care.

Due to its small size of about nine acres, long boat rides might not be possible; however, a short ride to get somewhere for fishing would be. The fish you might catch include largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish.
