The park has 75 campsites, some with water and electricity and others primitive. Additionally, campers can book cabins and screened shelters.

Anglers at Lake Bob Sandlin can expect to catch largemouth bass, catfish, and crappie. Lake Bob Sandlin State Park also has a stocked trout pond and brim pond.
