Caldwell Zoo is an 85-acre zoo with over 2,000 animals comprised of 250 species. Visitors can check out Caldwell Zoo’s petting area, two aquariums, picnic areas, and cafe. In addition, the Zoo also offers seasonal presentations, including bird shows, alligator feedings, giraffe feedings, and elephant shows.
The Tyler Rose Garden and museum boasts more than 450 beautiful types of rose bushes, including antique varieties. The annual Texas Rose Festival is held in mid-October here each year.
