For the past 11 years, Chris Morris has lived on Kentucky Lake with his wife. His personal experience of buying land and homes in the area gives him a unique understanding of the market. Chris has 32 years of sales experience and has a background knowledge of home improvement, rentals and investment property.

In his free time, Chris loves going out for rides in his houseboat, fishing and watching the sunset on the water. Chris also loves to frequent the local marinas and play volleyball or cornhole on the beach. Enjoying the lake with family and friends has given Chris a special connection to lake life from a young age.

Chris’s love for the lake is rooted in family. Some of his earliest memories involve camping and skiing along the Tennessee River with his three older brothers. He also finds inspiration from his parents who taught him about real estate and flipping houses, sparking his interest in the field.
