Saluda Lake

Location and Access

Saluda Lake is located in Greenville, South Carolina on the Saluda River. It straddles the border between Greenville County and Pickens County. It is approximately 330 acres in size.

On and Around the Water

Saluda Lake is a great place for fishing opportunities, especially for fly fishing. The most popular fish species caught here are crappie, largemouth bass, catfish, and bream.

Boats are allowed with no motor restrictions. However, the lake is small and shallow with average depths ranging from about 10-23 feet except for the shoals, so be mindful of the buoys.

Saluda Lake Landing is a bait and tackle shop with a boat ramp, boat rentals including fishing boats and kayaks, and dining options.

Fins on Saluda is a restaurant located on the lake where families can enjoy a nice meal while overlooking Saluda Lake.

Hospital and Airport

The AnMed Health Cannon and Prisma Health Baptist Easley Hospital are the two closest hospitals in the area, being only approximately 20 minutes away.

Forty minutes away is the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, great for traveling.
