Picturesque Views

Badin Lake's clear, sparkling waters stretch across 5,350 acres and have 315 miles of shoreline. It is 90 feet deep on average but can be as deep as 190 feet.

The lake resulted from the Yadkin-Pee Dee River's damming along with High Rock Lake, Tuckertown Reservoir, Lake Tillery, and Blewett Falls Lake.

Residents can enjoy seeing plenty of wildlife in the area, and it is common to spot a bald eagle flying over the lake.

Residents on and around Badin Lake can enjoy all sorts of recreational activities. Its wide-open stretch is perfect for powerboating, water skiing, wakeboarding, or sailboating.
