Oseetah Lake claims 826 acres of the Adirondack Region. The lake is known for its breathtaking landscapes featuring the Mckenzie Mountain Range.

According to legend, Oseetah Lake was named after a Native American princess who threw herself off a cliff after learning she could not be with her beloved Indian Chief. When she landed in the lake, she magically turned into a water lily, which in the Huron Language means “Oseetah.”

The ample water stretch is perfect for boating, fishing, or swimming. Pontoons, fishing boats, kayaks, canoes, and other watercraft can be found cruising the waters.
