Cossayuna Lake is located just off Route 40 in Argyle and Greenwich's towns in southern Washington County, New York. The lake rests near the eastern border of the state of New York in the beautiful mountain ranges.

The lake itself is 661 acres in size, with 8.1 miles of shoreline and a maximum depth of only 25 feet.
