At Cassadaga Lakes, you can enjoy the amenities of three interconnected lakes. Cassadaga Lakes comprises Upper Cassadaga Lake, Middle Cassadaga Lake, and Lower Cassadaga Lake.

Together, the lakes are 217 acres in size, with 5.1 miles of shoreline. It is located in the town of Pomfret and Stockton in Chautauqua County, New York.

Recreational opportunities, including boating, jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking, are enjoyed on all three lakes by residents and visitors.

Other recreational opportunities are fishing and wildlife spotting. Fish species present in the lakes include largemouth bass, northern pike, smallmouth bass, pumpkinseed sunfish, bluegill, muskellunge, tiger muskie, black crappie, yellow perch, and black bullhead. Lucky visitors may spot bald eagles, beavers, great horned owls, mute swans, osprey, or painted turtles.

A boat launch is conveniently located on Middle Cassadaga Lake, off of Glasgow Road.

Visit Lake Erie

There is plenty to do on and along the shores of Lake Erie. The Shorewood Country Club is the perfect stop to enjoy spectacular views of the lake while golfing and dining in their on-site restaurant. You can play a game on 18 well-planned holes and enjoy social events throughout the year.

Lake Erie State Park is also nearby and is an excellent place to camp or picnic on the high bluffs overlooking Lake Erie. There are hiking and biking trails that are even available to cross-country skiers in the winter months. Of course, Lake Erie is also known for its boating, fishing, and water sports.
