Standing Bear Reservoir is a beautiful, wooded lake in Northwestern Omaha. It covers 135 acres and has around 3 miles of shoreline.

The waters are surrounded by Standing Bear Lake Park and bordered by multiple community homes.

The path around the lake passes by the water, through forested areas, and by the kid's park. During the summer, you are likely to see wildflowers along the path.

Its grassy areas are a great place to have a picnic, fly a kite, or practice sports.
