Beaver Lake spans 300 acres and has depths up to 50 feet. The lake is only used by residents and their guests, making this a private oasis.

Popular activities include boating, tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, and fishing. Anglers can find muskellunge, largemouth bass, walleye, smallmouth bass, hybrid bass, flathead catfish, blue catfish, channel catfish, bullhead catfish, white crappie, black crappie, bluegill, yellow perch, green sunfish, gizzard shad, rudd, common carp, and freshwater drum.

The Beaver Lake Association offers several amenities to its lake residents, such as the beautiful clubhouse used for monthly meetings that lake residents are welcome to attend.

City of Plattsmouth
