Othorp Lake

Located West of Eureka

Othorp Lake is a 150-acre body of water outside of Eureka, Montana. It is convenient for shops, restaurants, grocery markets, schools, and other city establishments.

Travel just an hour south to Kalispell for the Glacier Park International Airport, Kalispell Regional Health, and various city attractions.

Scenic Retreat

Othorp Lake is one of Eureka’s best-kept secrets. Its clear waters and white-sand shores are a beautiful sight. The few homes that are around the lake are tucked into the forest.

It is well-enjoyed by boaters, water skiers, and anglers. Kayakers and canoers favor its glassy waters. Anglers can catch a variety of trout, bluegill, and crappie.

Various birds can be seen around the lake, along with eagles, deer, cottontail rabbits, foxes, bears, and elk.

For even more lake fun, travel just a few minutes east to Lake Koocanusa. It is one of the most picturesque lakes in all of Montana.

Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park features miles upon miles of untouched forests and majestic mountain ranges east of Eureka.

It offers over 700 miles of trails, with the Highline, Grinnell Glacier, Iceberg Lake, St. Mary, and Virginia Falls, and Avalanche Lake Trails being the most popular.

Go to Kalispell for access to Kalispell Center Mall, Conrad Mansion Museum, Lone Pine State Park, Woodland Waterpark, and Buffalo Golf Club.
