Red Rock Lake is a large lake right outside of Minneapolis (18 miles), in Eden Prairie (Hennepin County), Minnesota.
Residents on the lake enjoy quick access to help when they need it with the TwoTwelve Medical Center just nine and a half miles away. Travel is also convenient in the metro area, with the Minneapolis Saint Paul International Airport 14 miles away.
Eden Lake spans 96 acres reaching depths of up to 16ft with a 3.1-mile shoreline. Residents often enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and lounging on the water.
Fishing is one of the more popular activities on the lake because the lake consistently produces good-sized largemouth bass. Anglers can also be lucky to find black bullhead, bluegill, sunfish, walleye, black crappie, yellow perch, and pumpkinseed.
The Red Rock Lake Park lies on the southeastern part of the shore and provides residents with lots of fun activities.
