Lake Josephine is 116 acres in size, with a maximum depth of 44 feet. The lake contains just under two miles of shoreline, offering plenty of space for recreation and relaxation.

This lake contains a public access point, a fishing dock, walking and bike trails, and a small, sandy beach. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the shore, and partake in activities such as boating, swimming, fishing, and watersports.

Anglers can find black bullhead, black crappie, bluegill, brown bullhead, green sunfish, hybrid sunfish, largemouth bass, northern pike, pumpkinseed, walleye, white crappie, yellow bullhead, yellow perch, bowfin (dogfish), common carp, white sucker, bluntnose minnow, common shiner, golden shiner, Johnny darter, and spotfin shiner.
