Fox Lake is a 62-acre lake located in Commerce Charter Township, Michigan. Detroit is 35 miles southeast, and Ann Arbor is 38 miles south. The closest location for emergency care is Huron Valley - Sinai Hospital, three miles south. The Oakland County International Airport is seven miles northeast.

Life on the Water

Fox Lake is a private all-sports lake, perfect for an array of watersports. You can, of course, boat or enjoy activities like waterskiing and tubing. However, this lake is popular for kayaking and canoeing because of its connection to the Huron River. There are miles of river to explore up and downstream, with some stretches sitting on undeveloped land with scenic shoreline views. Before you head out onto the water, make sure you grab a rod and reel! Anglers can expect to catch black crappie, largemouth bass, and northern pike.
