Marl Lake is an 18-acre lake located in Holly Township, Michigan. Ann Arbor is 46 miles south, Detroit is 55 miles southeast, and Lansing is 66 miles west.

The closest location for emergency care is Genesys Hospital, seven miles north. The Oakland County International Airport is 22 miles southeast.
