Cindy Anderson

A Detroit, Michigan native, Cindy Anderson has been preparing for her career in lake real estate since she was two-years-old.

From that age on, Cindy has spent every spring, summer and fall enjoying the lakes of northern Michigan, particularly Starvation Lake where her parents still maintain a permanent residence.

Growing up on the lake, she will never forget the quiet evenings, time spent with her family, beautiful sunsets and wonders of nature that inspired her love affair with Michigan's many bodies of water.

These fond memories and knowledge of the nuances and intricacies of lake living are the driving force behind Cindy's successful real estate career.

Prior working in the industry, she worked in marketing, sales support and public relations, but today you will find Cindy spending quality time with her clients to ensure they make informed decisions about their lake property purchases and that the homes they buy are perfect for their specific wants and needs.

Beyond her in-depth market knowledge and her first-hand experience as a lake resident herself, Cindy has sold more than 150 lakefront homes and been honored with more than a dozen awards and designations.

When she is not working out of her office at Center Point Marina, Cindy and her husband enjoy spending time with their four children, their spouses and three grandchildren. In the summer months, she and her husband primarily reside on their 42-foot sailboat enjoying cruises to Beaver Island, Leland, Manitou Islands, Northport, Omena, and Suttons Bay.

It is on this same sailboat that Cindy takes her clients out on the lakes of their choosing to get a true feel of what the area lakes are like to boat on.
