The Bradley International Airport is only 12 miles south in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. The closest location for urgent care is the Baystate Noble Hospital, seven miles north in Westfield, Massachusetts.

North Pond is one of three basins that make up Lake Congamond, a 477-acre great pond. North Pond (47 acres) is the deepest and clearest lake, having a max depth of 46 feet.

Middle Pond (277 acres) and South Pond (142 acres) allow gas motorboats, so activities like waterskiing, jet skiing, and wakeboarding are popular.

Before you head out onto the water, don't forget to grab your rod and reel! Because of the excellent growth rates seen here, multiple largemouth bass fishing tournaments are held on Lake Congamond annually.

This lake has also produced trophy-sized smallmouth bass, chain pickerel, sunfish, black crappie, yellow perch, and brown trout.
