Babb’s Beach is located on the east end of Middle Pond, offering about 7 acres of shoreline. It is popular with swimmers and sunbathers and also offers lifeguards on duty from 10 am to 6 pm daily.
Middle Pond has excellent fishing and provides multiple fishing piers. There is a large wooden fishing pier on the south side of the boat ramp area on Middle lake.
Anglers will find largemouth bass, chain pickerel, pumpkinseed, bluegill, yellow perch, longear sunfish, and much more. Largemouth bass and pumpkinseed are the most abundant species in the lake, and it is also stocked with rainbow and brown trout every fall and spring.

Around Middle Pond, there is wildlife to observe along the shores, golfing at Ranch Golf Club, visiting Johnson Brook Farms, or attending Club One Entertainment!
If nature and exploration are calling your name, the pond is 15 minutes from Robinson State Park! The park is 1,025 acres and offers biking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, educational programs, hiking, and horseback riding! Picnic tables and pavilions are available and make an excellent spot for lunch and a view!
