Ripogenus Lake

Piscataquis County, Maine

Ripogenus Lake is in Northwest Piscataquis, Maine, under 115 miles from Bangor. In 1916, the lake merged into Chesuncook Lake with Caribou Lake and Moose Pond with the construction of the Ripogenus Dam.

The Bangor International Airport is around 115 miles away, and the Millinocket Regional Hospital is 33 miles away.
