Kingsbury Pond is in Kingsbury Plantation and Mayfield, Maine, under 65 miles from Bangor and Augusta. It also borders Piscataquis County and Somerset County.

The Bangor International Airport is under 65 miles away, and the Augusta State Airport is under 70 miles away. For medical care, the Northern Light Mayo Hospital is 25 miles away.
