The walking trails are hard to beat as the view of the forest is truly breathtaking.

Local Events and Attractions

In October, Parke County holds an annual ten-day Covered Bridge Festival. Visitors come from all over to appreciate the unique covered bridges while eating tasty food, browsing local art, and taking a walk in the fall foliage.
