Twin Lakes can be found in Paris Township, Illinois, under 70 miles from Champaign.

This county was named for Irishman John Edgar, an officer in the Royal Navy who switched sides during the Revolutionary War rather than fight the colonists. This county has a population of under 18,000 people.

There are a few smaller airfields nearby, but the closest major airport is Willard Airport, just over an hour from the lake. Urgent care can be provided at Paris Community Hospital, seven minutes away.

Sutton’s Twin Lakes Roller Rink opened in 1956 and is still a place for family fun.
