An Inviting Body of Water

Andover Lake encompasses 159 acres and features four miles of shoreline. It has an average depth of 10 feet but can be as deep as 16 feet.

This human-made lake has been a recreational location since 1927; its dam was rebuilt in 1990 to stand 20 feet tall and run 454 feet.

Andover Lake is a privately owned to get the joys of uncrowded waters and a tight-knit community. The lake does offer membership for Andover town members or a separate group for people from out of town.

Bass, pickerel, crappie, catfish, bluegill, and perch can be found in this fishery that keeps anglers busy. Locals always look forward to the ice-fishing season.

Start the weekend off right with a Saturday morning stand-up paddleboard yoga session. It is a humbling activity loved by many paddleboarders.

Movie nights on the beach are a fun event for everyone; members and non-members are invited to watch the shows. The island can be reserved for a fun night of camping; gather all of your friends and stake out for the night.
