Walking the Line

Straddled on the northern line of Arkansas, Bull Shoals Lake is also partially in southern Missouri. With Mountain Home, Arkansas on the southern end and Branson, Missouri on the northern end, this lake is indeed a large one.

Fresh Water Fun

With a little over 800 miles of pristine shoreline, Bull Shoals has a hideaway for just about anyone to find the "perfect spot". Created in 1951 with the impounding of the White River, the lake has become one of the best spots in Arkansas.

Much of the shoreline is owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, limiting shoreline development and keeping the lake absolutely pristine.

Boating, Fishing, Camping, and Some Gorgeous Resorts

Whether swimming at a private resort beach, or camping in one of the many beautiful area campgrounds, there's plenty to enjoy. Clear open water means fun boating and awesome fishing. Year-round, Bull Shoals is a great place to reel in a big one.

Tournaments, Festivals, and Holiday Community Parties

There are so many events going on all the time, that there are separate calendars for each lake area! Dam and powerhouse tours, fireworks festivals for the 4th of July, and even regular fishing and sailing tournaments. Bull Shoals has something going on for just about anyone.

Bull Shoals Lake has some of the most diverse shorelines. With hundreds of miles of nooks and crags to explore, there's a spot for you to relax and call home!
