I was the top producing agent in Year 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 for our local Board of Realtors. For 2023, my sales were in excess of $230,000,000. 2024 is pointing toward another record breaking year! I remain a leader in listing and sales volume for the SouthEast US, the state of Alabama, and the entire Smith Lake area. I stay on top of the ever changing Alabama real estate market from day to day by monitoring the various MLS systems that cover our area and use the latest technologies to get information to my customers quickly.

On average, I manage 300-400 Smith Lake properties, so I definitely have something in my inventory for everyone. If I do not have it, I will find it! In 2021, I closed 200+ properties with prices ranging from $5,000 to $16,000,000 totaling over $250,000,000 in sales volume. In 2022 and 2023, I closed even more property with sales over $500,000,000. I list and sell any price range on the lake and in any location. I have almost two decades of experience working with first time lake buyers all the way to large corporations. This is why everyone calls me “Mr. Smith Lake”!
