My foundation rests on just over an acre of woods & I have 100' of sand frontage w/stunning big water views of fully recreational Carpenter Lake. If you like morning sun w/your morning coffee, I can deliver. I am a year-round, Chalet-style home & my bones seem good, but I'm a little too nature friendly. My owners didn't need me during the winter, so I mistakenly let a squirrel family in to stay warm. Let me tell ya, they were rough on me!
