Born and raised in the Smith Mountain Lake area, Peggy Overstreet has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that's transformed this area into one of Virginia's most popular lakes. After raising her children in "The Jewel of the Blue Ridge Mountain", she has taken the knowledge learned in a career of sales and management to segue into real estate. As a licensed real estate agent since 2010, Peggy has built a reputation for her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her client's best interest.

As an experienced agent, Peggy continuously upgrades her education and knowledge of real estate to make sure she serves her clients the best she can with up-to-date information and technology.
