Deb Groom has lived in Austin, Texas for over 45 years. Before moving to Austin, she lived in Diboll, a small town in east Texas. She has many fond memories of sailing and water skiing with her friends and family on area lakes.

Deb obtained her real estate license in 2010. Before becoming a Realtor, she worked as a legal researcher and real estate investor in Austin. Deb is a Lake Travis and Lake Austin expert. She knows what it takes to acquire and own property in these communities.

Deb lives in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Austin just a little over half a mile from Lake Travis. She loves her neighborhood and her dear friends there.

Deb works hard and spends time on Lake Travis and Lake Austin in her spare time. When Deb is not on the lake, she likes to swim, play pickleball and hike.

There are many aspects of being a realtor that Deb enjoys. She enjoys being able to help buyers find the home of their dreams, a home that is also a sound investment. When it comes selling, Deb is an expert at guiding sellers through the process and she knows what it takes to market properties and negotiate for the highest price.

Education remains important to Deb. In addition to earning her degree in Marketing, she has also acquired several certifications including the Master Certified Negotiation Expert and the Texas Farm and Ranch Specialist.
