The Seguin Guadalupe River Ranch is 79.63 +/- acres, located outside of Seguin, Texas, and features approximately 4,000 +/- feet of Guadalupe River frontage. This ranch is a recreational paradise, with panoramic views and beautiful oak-studded build sites overlooking the lush Guadalupe River basin.
