This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is built on pier and beam with 1300 square feet. It has a good sized covered front and back porch. There is an oversized 4 car carport. Property is .96 of an acre and only half of it is fenced in. There is an association, Lakewood Homeowners Association and the monthly fee is $20.00. For that money you get the use of 2 stocked ponds, a community pool and use of the clubhouse. We bought this home 11 years ago was because of the privacy and all of the trees. We loved the fact that even though we had neighbors we couldn’t ever see them. It is also very quiet out there. You can ride your 4 wheeler or side x side around the neighborhood and you can have bon fires. The neighbors are all very friendly. It has been an amazing home for family gatherings and get togethers. There are closet doors for all of the closets but I chose to keep them off. They are all in the shed. Also, I have the white baseboard trim and the finishing trim for the hallway bathroom all of which are in the shed. All of the appliances stay with the house with an acceptable offer. The living room and dining room furniture is available if they want to make an offer for it.
