Sherri Beecroft

Originally from Wisconsin, I grew up on the lakes where my passion for the water blossomed at an early age. I spent my summers swimming, skiing, fishing at my grandparents' cottage. My husband also grew up on the lakes of Wisconsin.

After moving to North Carolina, I started my real estate career in 1988 and shortly after sold homes in Colorado for 5 years before returning to the east coast. My husband and I always wanted to live on the water so we settled down on a small lake in North Carolina where we were able to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle.

We eventually found ourselves in Savannah Lakes Village on Thurmond Lake in South Carolina. The beautiful lake, woodsy atmosphere, and friendly neighbors offer unending enjoyment and we spend our free time fishing and boating.

My life in real estate has given me the gift of meeting and getting to know so many people. I'm fortunate to be able to help others find their dream homes. I work hard to ensure the process is as stress-free as possible for both my buyers and sellers. It's important to me that you feel as if you are in the best of hands. I am ethical, honest, and will always answer any questions you may have.

I am licensed in South Carolina and Georgia. Apart from being an expert on lake real estate, I also strive to know as much about the local area as possible and will help you find the best home for you whether it's on or off-lake. I can even show you properties by boat!
