Meet Matt and Katie, a husband and wife duo selling in the Lake Wylie area! Both Matt and Katie grew up close to Lake Wylie and hold fond memories there. Although Matt is originally from New York, his grandparents lived on the lake and started his love for the lake life.

Katie’s uncle bought a lot on Lake Wylie in 1983, so she grew up fishing, boating, and tubing on the lake she now sells on. The combined life experience on the lake makes Matt and Katie experts! Not only do they work on the lake, but they live on the lake and are invested in the local community.

Matt and Katie’s main goal is to make their clients feel like a VIP! They put in effort to make sure each transaction is as seamless as possible. As Lake Wylie residents, they believe just being out on the lake is such a great experience, and they love helping others fulfill their lake life dream.

Together, Matt and Katie have three sons who keep them very busy. They are family-oriented and are passionate about serving the community, specifically through nonprofits. As lake lovers, they also work with environmental groups to help keep the lake as beautiful as possible.
