Before becoming a real estate agent, Gail Barnett, now a full-time Buyer’s Agent and Listing Assistant on the Michael Murphy Team, worked in marketing and promotion for multiple organizations, including the South Carolina Department of Natural resources. Working with South Carolina Wildlife Magazine’s Wildlife Shop, she could go on the lakes and scout out the most beautiful spots that South Carolina lakes had to offer. Caitlin Hutto, now a full-time Licensed Transaction Coordinator and Sales Assistance on the Michael Murphy Team, worked as a Nurse Tech through the Covid era before her current position.
