Westcolang Lake is a beautiful mountain reservoir within the private communities of Matshope and Fawn Lake Forest. It is 151 miles north of Philadelphia and 97 miles west of New York City.

The Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport is located 62 miles southwest in Avoca, Pennsylvania. The closest location for urgent care is Wayne Memorial Hospital, 20 miles northwest in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.
