Dustin Belvin knows Lake Texoma like the back of his hand because he’s lived it. Originally from Valliant, Oklahoma; Dustin grew up just two miles from Pine Creek Lake and within reach of Hochatown, Beavers Bend, and Broken Bow Lake. After moving to the Lake Texoma area 15 years ago, the lake quickly became more than just a scenic backdrop, it became home. From beach days with the kids to watching the family dog leap into the water for a game of fetch, Dustin has made unforgettable memories here, and he’s passionate about helping others do the same.

Before diving into real estate, Dustin made waves in the business world. In 2018, he opened his first business, growing the operation to two locations and leading all aspects from marketing and technology, to staffing and training. He also holds a computer science degree and worked as a Software Administrator for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma for three years. This background gives Dustin a unique edge in real estate, blending business savvy, tech skills, and a no-nonsense approach to negotiation.

Dustin lives in the area with his wife of 13 years, their two kids (who are big into video games), and a pair of lovable pets, Mocha the energetic dog and Kit the not-so-energetic cat. When he’s not showing homes or making deals happen, you’ll find him fishing from the shore, building Minecraft castles with the kids, or diving into a new sci-fi novel.
