The vibrant city flourishes with shopping, dining, and nightlife. Some of its major amenities include several hospitals, Tulsa International Airport, Oral Roberts University, and The University of Tulsa.

26,000-Acre Lake

Keystone Lake was created along the Arkansas River by the US Army Corps of Engineers in 1964. It gets the name “Keystone” from the city that now sits below its blue-green waters.

The lake boasts 26,000 acres of water that wind into valleys and bends all around the shore. It is 24-feet deep on average and 73-feet deep at its max. Its 330-mile shoreline features sandy banks, mature forests, and stunning homes.

Ultimate Lake Enjoyment

With so much water to explore, boaters never find themselves bored of Keystone Lake. It can be sped across in a powerboat, cruised in a pontoon, or paddled by a kayak. No matter the vessel, it is a true delight.

The open stretches are favored by water skiers, wakeboarders, and tubers. A more leisurely day can be spent upon one of its several beaches.

When the day is done, there are several restaurants, bars, and grills around the lakeshore where you can dock your boat for a tasty meal.

Nearby State Parks

Many recreational activities can be done at one of the three state parks that surround the lake.

Walnut Creek State Park is known for its 15-mile Sand Plum trail that can be used for cycling, hiking, and horseback riding.

The US Army Corps of Engineers and the State of Oklahoma supply thousands of acres of hunting grounds for the public. Popular area game species include white-tailed deer, turkey, rabbit, squirrel, and quail.

Calm Waters for a Carefree Lifestyle

Keystone Lake is an excellent venue for a vacation home or retirement living. The calm waters and carefree lifestyle of the lake will leave you feeling radiant and refreshed.
